Community Development Block Grant

Through administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Northeast Florida Community Action Agency provides services to low income and elderly homeowners where conditions threaten the health, safety or security of the homeowner or the community. Among others, some of the services performed are:

  • Repair or replacement of roofs, windows and doors
  • Insulation of attic floors
  • Installation of storm doors
  • Wall repair
  • Weather proofing
  • Pressure washing
  • Exterior paint
